The Frock Shop’s return policy

We offer refunds, exchanges and credit notes for full price items only, within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges and credit notes are offered on sale items.

All items are checked they are in pristine condition prior to posting.

Items must not be worn, must be unwashed and be in their original condition, with tags on and in original plastic bags. Items smelling of perfume deodorant, or stained with makeup will not be accepted.

Shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Return postage for exchanges is free of charge.

Download the Returns Form, print it and complete it, send it back to The Frock Shop along with your item/s. Email us to obtain the return address (hello@thefrockshop.com.au).

Please allow up to 10 working days to process your refund, exchange or credit note.

Postage on the purchase of the initial item cannot be refunded.

The Frock Shop cannot be held responsible for items that are returned by the customer but are lost in transit are not the responsibility of The Frock Shop.
